Order No. 28-ITD of 2011 dated 30-08-2011 through National Informatics Centre (NIC). In this regard ERA has received a communication from NIC J&K wing, with action plan for implementation of e-Procurement J&K ERA intends to implement e-Procurement for its works in Tranche-3 and onwards and for its implementation through NIC and subsequent concurrence from ADB and following course of action is structured. 1. Sh. Khalid Muzaffar, Director Central is nominated as Nodal officer for implementation of e-Procurement in ERA. 2. Sh. Saqib Bisati, Networks Administrator is nominated as Application Admin fore-Procurement. 3. Sh. Farooq Ahmed Andrabi, Project Manager JKUSDIP Kashmir and Sh. S.L.Kapoor Project Manager JKUSDIP Jammu are nominated as officer in-charge heading the tendering process in the respective regions. The officers shall immediately nominate their team members who shall be the members of e-Tendering evaluation committee. 4. Digital S_ignature Certificate forms shall be submitted for Director Central, Networks Administrator, and Project Managers in the first instance followed by the members of Tender Evaluation Committee of respective PIU,s.
