Request/Grievance The Hon’ble Chief Minister, JK State. Subject: Application for the Justice: Sir, With due respect and regards that I would like to submit the following few lines for your sympathetic consideration and necessary action. 1.That the ERA (Economic Reconstruction Agency) of JK has started the upgradation of Natipora to Pulwama road few years back. 2.That at village Wanpora the said agency has started the upgradation and widening of main bridge near main bus stop Wanpora. 3.That due to this upgradation and widening of the said bridge my house gets affected and it can collapse anytime and my family house is in risk. 4.That I have approached to the concerned officials of the ERA (Economic Reconstruction Agency) but they are giving deaf ear to my plea due to the reasons best known to them. Therefore it is requested to your good self kindly look into the matter and issue necessary instructions to the concerned officials to redress my problem at an earliest. Yours faithfully Gh. Disposal As reported by the field engineers of ERA, acquisition of the house in question is essential for achieving the formation width. The case for acquisition and compensation is under process with collector land acquisition, district Pulwama. Compensation will be paid in accordance with the rates fixed by the competent authority.
